There’s a familiar comfortable feeling that
comes over you when you listen to the music of Charlie Mosbrook. The
guy has a rich, worldly voice that sounds like it was broken in slowly,
like a well-loved instrument." - No Depression

"There is something wonderful about being able to tell somebody by
their voice. A distinctive voise, Sam Baker, John Prine. You know right
away who they are. Charlie Mosbrook is that kind of singer"
Artie Martello (Mostly Folk)
"Few people have been as
central
to their piece of the Cleveland music scene as Charlie Mosbrook. His
turf is acoustic singer/songwriter/folk music. He’s been
performing for 30 years, releasing albums, collaborating with and
encouraging other artists, hosting open mic nights and (currently)
serving as president of acoustic music nonprofit Folknet, which he
helped raise from a period of dormancy. He has steadfastly continued to
be a major force in Cleveland acoustic music despite a back injury,
which has limited his movement and often requires him to use a
wheelchair. His disability hasn’t stopped him from even going on the
road — take that, you whiners!" -Anastasia Pantsios Cool

"The lead track “Up Among the
Stars” leaps right out and invites you to settle in for more. The rest
of album makes it a welcome invitation indeed." - Kelly Walker (Sundilla Music)
